Company incorporated on 30 Jun 2015. Its registered office is in Bangalore,
Karnataka, india.

Calculate payroll and disburse salaries in RazorpayX Payroll automates payments

and filings of compliances like TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and more.
The proposed project “Payroll and attendance” has been developed to overcome
the problems faced in the practicing of manual system. This is built to eliminate
and in some cases reduce the hardships faced by the existing system.
Moreover this system is designed for particular need of the company to carry out
its operations in a smooth and effective manner.

This web application is reduced as much as possible to avoid errors while entering
data. It also provides error message while entering invalid data. It is user-friendly
as no formal knowledge is required to use the system.
Human resource challenges are faced by every organization which has to be
overcome by the organization. Every organization has different employee and
payroll management needs. Therefore I have design exclusive Employee and
payroll Management System that are adapted to the organization’s Managerial
Requirements.
The purpose of this document is to describe the functionality and specifications
of the design of a web application for Managing Employees and their payroll. The
expected audiences of this document are the developers and the admin of the web
application. Now with the help of this system the admin has the information on
his finger tips and can easily prepare a good record based on their requirements.
Finally, we can say that this system will not only automate the process but save
the valuable time of the manager or the admin, which can be well utilized buy his
institute. This will be an additional advantage and management of power based
on their free time from his normal duty

Payroll process

Time sheet, calculations of statutory contributions and deductions, remitting

funds to employee account, issue pay slip, make statutory payments to
respective authorities, maintain records and reports.

THINGS LEARNT FROM DOING INTERNSHIP

1. How to put my knowledge and skills into practice

My knowledge on business was transferred into a series of
practical techniques and skills that I can now implement in real-life
business scenarios.

2. The benefits of networking

During my internship, I learned how to communicate and build
relationships with the people I worked with. I learned how to introduce
myself, talk about my interests, knowledge and skills with entrepreneurs
and business owners, as well as how to ask questions and gain a better
understanding of business.

3. Understanding workplace culture

Culture influences communication, and as a student, I learned that
every company or organization has its own culture. Its essential to observe
others and learn how they engage and interact with co-workers, or help
them with projects and reports.

4. Enthusiasm is invaluable
As an intern, I discovered its essential to be enthusiastic and open to
learn new skills, being curious to learn and ask questions. Having curious
also means that, as an intern, will get a lot out of what you’re doing, which
opens lost of opportunities.

5. Learnt good communication

Communication is the key to success in professional environment. I
learned that its important to communicate with my manager or owner if I
Have questions or if I don’t know how to work on a task. Asking for help
and clarification is better than pretending you’ve understood what you need
to od, no matter what.

6. Taking feedback
after doing the tasks which is said to be done receiving feedback is very
important, it is essential to take note of both the positive and negative
points for the future, so you can grow and excel in your career

CONCLUSION

This project is built keeping in mind that it is to be used by only one user that is
the admin. It is built for use in small scale organization where the number of
employees is limited. According to the requested requirement the admin can add,
manipulate, update and delete all employee data in his organization. The admin
can add new departments and delete them. The Admin can also add predefined
pay grades for the employees. The required records can be easily viewed by the
admin anytime time he wants in an instant. The payment of the employee is based
on monthly basis. Numerous validations implemented would enable the admin to
enter accurate data. The main objective of this framework is to save time, make
the system cost effective and management records efficiently.
