    SUBJECT: SC899 OCCURS WITH FAX OPTION

    SYMPTOMS:
    The following symptoms may occur when the machine recovers from Sleep mode:
    - SC899 occurs (FAX option installed with HDD)
    - The FAX function key does not work, and the FAX button does not appear on the User Tools display
    (FAX option installed without HDD)

    CAUSE:
    When the machine recovers from Sleep mode, the CPU of the FCU comes on-line quicker than expected,
    causing the FCU to stall. As a result, the controller cannot detect the FCU.

    SOLUTION:
    Install the following GWFCU3.5-4(WW) firmware version or newer.
