    JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF
    TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

              We, ARCELI B. VELARDE and PEREGRINA P. LAROZA, both


    Filipinos, of legal ages, and residents of Tikay, City of Malolos, Bulacan, and
    Catmon, Malolos Bulacan, Philippines, respectively having been duly sworn
    in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

    1. That we both personally know the person of ANA MARIN


    ALMOSARA, child of spouses William E. Almosara and Nerlita B.
    Alanib, both Filipino Citizens;

    2. That said Ana Marin Almosara was born September 20, 1984 at
    Monreal Masbate;

    3. That recently Ana Marin Almosara found out that her birth was not
    recorded in the Local Civil Registrar of Monreal Masbate. Likewise,
    the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) gave a negative
    certification as to the registration of the name Ana Marin ALmosara.

    That we are not related by consanguinity or affinity to the said ANA


    MARIN ALMOSARA;

    As such, we execute this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truth of the


    foregoing facts and for any other legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 1st


    day of August 8, 2019, at Malolos, Bulacan, Philippines.
