1.1. INVOICE SCHEDULE AND PAYMENT TERMS
We propose our payment is to be affected within 60 days after invoice date. Our bank details
will be mentioned in the invoice.
1.2. TAXES
The offered service fee is including VAT (value added taxes). In case sales tax, corporate tax
or any other relevant tax is applicable on payments, AAST has the right to adjust the prices
accordingly even after award of the contract during service execution. All the applied taxes
will be invoiced to OETC at actual.
If, due to Oman tax laws and legislations AAST is made liable to pay any taxes other than VAT
at 5%, these will be invoiced to OETC at actual.
