Course Code : HRMA 30033

Course Credits : 3 Units

Pre-Requisite : HRMA 200013 Human Resource Management


Course Description : This course includes the examination of theories, models, procedures and requirements to develop compensation / reward system in organization’s
economic, psychological and social elements of compensation administration and deals also with the determination of cooperation structures and
differential forms of compensation and compensation levels.
