STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:
The soul of hard work, true determination, and candour is deep-rooted in me through the
sway of my family members, first and foremost that of my father. He is a very hard working
serving as a High School Teacher in one of the most educationally backward area of Pakistan
( District Mirpurkhas of Rural Sindh). Who, through his diligence, determination and
consistency for teaching students, advanced to owing one of the most eminent stature in our
home town in Pakistan. He has taught and assured me that true motive and passion can
encourage people to bring forth great achievements . I grew up in rural area of my country
and people of that area are deprived of their fundamental rights, for instance, right to
education, right to basic health care facilities and right to fair trial etc. I want to become the
voice of these people to get them basic and fundamental rights. To me, law is the field where
lawyer by using legal knowledge can fight for provisions of rights and privileges of people.
Moreover, it has been observed that innocent people are charged in false accusation by police
in serious crimes whereby there is no such competent lawyer who could get those innocent
people their rights and held those black sheep accountable. This reason inspired me to
become a lawyer. It was my childhood ambition to play a significant and vital role for the
well-being of public. I have always made a uninterrupted attempt to assemble for myself a
different order of reality as well of actuality from that which was disposed to me.
I sought to register to one of the best Law universities of Pakistan. Hence admitted in
Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University Of Law, Karachi Pakistan .Academically, I am top
drawer of my batch and obtained outstanding results from which I am to graduate in June-
July of 2022. Nevertheless, I do not want to curb myself to the current graduate law degree,
prefer to take a look at the wideness of my legal field through participating in master program
such as Commercial law, which will help me to evolve my legal, social and educational skills
and reform my potentialities to carry out even better. With the aim that one day I could be a
part of something even better, which will expectantly assist the world in a leading possible
way.
I have ceded most of my off days to take every single viable opportunity accessible to work
in a legal domain but I knew it is very challenging. As things passed I have made betterments
and experiences which have fully progressed as well as committed me in my choice of law
and have presented an splendid foundation for additional studies and my forthcoming
profession.
In order to advance my understanding into the field of law I participated in a court
proceedings at district and city courts of Karachi and Mirpurkhas. Moreover, I have
participated in Advocacy Program in Sindh Judicial Academy Under the Supervision Of
honourable Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar of Supreme Court of Pakistan ,Here I received
discernment that how plaint and written statement is to be drafted ,procedure to collect the
evidence with the way to argue during the cross examination . I earned a valuable connotation
of the civil, criminal, penal, and property laws which I found amusing that helped me to
pursue law.
In my opinion a nation’s statutory composition as being like a shade over ones’s head. I want
to attain the new mastery and knowledge to be one of the ‘architect’ who will devise and
draft legal framework in order to defend those who ‘stand within the barriers’ and I do not
know of any institution which could be more able to furnish me with those capabilities than
law and justice. My specific interest is in commercial law and It would be my desire to
familiarise with and a prospect to pursue Masters in law from your worthy institution because
this program will help me to strengthen my advocacy and leadership skills and the greater
exposure of this program would boost the efficacy of my dedication to serve my people and I
consider your institution as the perfect place for me to improve my educational and
professional status since it is known as one of supreme centre of legal education in the world.
It is vital to know why I chose University of West of England-UWE particularly for LLM
Commercial Law program. UWE is the name of pride and prestige. First of all, with their
best faculty of Professors, Barristers and Solicitors, UWE is dedicated to preparing students
for a professional career with strong legal and communicative approach that students need to
succeed in law field. Upon my research, I came to know that such a faculty has some great
authors whose books are recommended in many law schools. Secondly, UWE promotes
excellence in professional education by being forward-thinking, progressive and innovative.
In addition, it plays a role of bridge between education and professional practice. Thirdly,
UWE has a number of students from different regions. Such an ambiance provides students
with a great opportunity to explore different cultures, traditions and most important it gives
an opportunity of networking with different people. Further, UWE provides high class
education in reasonable fees. To conclude, LLM from UK, in particularly, UWE will be quite
helpful and advantageous for me.

I am fully aware that there will be many well competent candidates seeking admission to the
program. Nonetheless , I do believe that I can contribute and can be proved as great asset to
your program and for me it would be a vast learning opportunity as it will help me to
experience the finest legal educational standards of United kingdom that can enhance my
passion and love for my field. I can promise the reader that I shall apply myself with true
spirit and passion to the program for my own, my fellow students’ and the country’s benefit.
