    The institution utilizes The MyPractice Community electronic medical record
    system which is the same electronic medical record system used in all
    Cleveland Clinic facilities. It is composed of an integrated suite of software
    modules created by Epic ® Systems, a recognized leader in healthcare
    information technology systems.

    MyPractice Community allows the private practice physician to access his/her


    entire practice, anytime, from anywhere there is an Internet connection. All the
    patient information, test results, orders, progress notes, medications and
    treatment plans are available in the office, in the hospital, from the physician's
    home or when they are on the road. With just a login name and password they
    can take their practice with them, anywhere they go. Best of all, because
    MyPractice Community is an integrated electronic medical record system, it
    can connect all the members of the healthcare team in a single, efficient
    environment.

    Cleveland Clinic is making its patients' electronic medical
    records (EMRs) much more transparent and accessible by Messages
