STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
I Bhagavati Patel would like to make following statement in support of my Student Visa Application
to study the course of Master in Business Administration.

With the start of 21st Century, it has become important that a person should have wider knowledge,
which not only increases his/her performance, but also it will be helpful to the organization for
which he/she is working.

Family Background:

my sought goal in life. There are six members in my family including my self. My Father in Law is
having a Chemical Business. My Mother in Law is a House wife. My Husband is engaged in
Engineering Spare part Business. I have one sister in Law who is doing a job. And also I have one
daughter.

The tender care of both the parents imbibed a sense of fellow feeling and moral responsibility
within me. One an unending Source of love and the other a dutiful, strict, typical macho, both
shaped me to stern the inevitable as inspiration in life, yet not to forget the social obligations that,
as human beings, we owe to the wonderful system.

Purpose of selecting this Course:

I am applying for admission to the Masters in Business Administration because I want a career in
the research and teaching of management. In particular, I am interested in factors that affect the
competitive performance of a business concern, and the manner in which changes in technology
affect an organization’s structure, long-term business strategy, product development,
manufacturing, supply chains, distribution network, information needs and standard systems. In
order to gain an appreciation of these and related issues, it is essential for me to have a strong
grounding in Economics, Supply Chain Management, and issues connected with Information
Technology, as well as gain a General Management perspective.

I believe that the Master in Business Administration (with concentration in Management) would be
invaluable in helping me achieve these objectives. It would enable me to channel my quantitative
and conceptual skills in analyzing business issues and would open up new avenues in research. I
would like to apply for a faculty position at a leading university; and investigate issues concerned
with technology as it affects organization strategy, structure and systems.

Having a United Kingdom’s Degree:

Today UK is one of the favorite destinations for ambitious Indian Students. It is modern and
technologically developed country. UK‘s Education is practical and relevant. It also provides quality
education at comparatively low cost. The education system is flexible means students can choose
subjects according to their interest. Living in UK is safe and friendly with stable political
environment with strong respect for human rights. I would like to return home from UK with its
value of professionalism & commitment in addition to the culture and moral heritage.

Why London School of Accountancy & Management (L. SAM), London:

Studying is all about achievement, and it is the aim of L.SAM to empower students to achieve.
Achievement is a vital part of developing the individual, and therefore L.SAM seek to promote
achievement in every area of life, whether goals are academic, personal or leisure related, or the
stuff or of dreams. The environment at L.SAM seems to be dynamic and proactive, encouraging
students to make the most of their considerable talents, and to take responsibility for their own
development withal necessary support.

Courses and methods reflect differing ambitions and encompass a whole range of learning
behaviors to suit every student, whist never losing sight of L.SAM mission of excellence, unlocking
the full potential in each and every one.
The thing which most attracted me about L.SAM is the claim that they prepare students for
tomorrow’s world and propel students towards a better future forever

Career Plans:

After completion of my MBA in UK, I will come back to India & join big organizations engaged in
Accounting & Management field. They will become ready to absorb me on higher designation after
getting the United Kingdom Degree & on good pay scale on the basis of advanced knowledge,
specialized skills & qualification gained from UK. Further, I would like to take my country to new
heights in an international arena based on my qualification and experience gained from UK.

Though I have a daughter in India, I would surely like to take responsibilities towards my parents
who have put all there worth for the betterment of my life.
