c. Active participation in individual and group activities is expected.
d. There will be formative assessment every after class.
e. Observe dates of scheduled Quizzes and Performance Task.
f. The teacher should be notified immediately of absence or any difficulty in undertaking the requirements.
g. Failure to submit/comply requirements at given due date & time will be marked zero (0).
h. Retaking of exam/long quiz and submission of failed required activities can only be given chance if teachers
will give approval and necessary conditions will be met.
