    • Post graduate / Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering (BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech).
    Experience :

    • Minimum 25 years experience in Design, Project Engineering and on site Project work.

    • Ability to lead and co-ordinate the activities of a group.

    • Sound knowledge of ETAP and working knowledge of Cathodic protection and Heat tracing .

    Job Description
    • Works as Team Leader on large projects ( @ 100,,000 MH ) and multiple medium projects. With Lead/ sub -
    Lead Engineer.

    • Capacity to lead a team of atleast 20 team members

    • In this capacity, organizes and directs the preparation of Basic & detailed Electrical engineering drawings and
    specifications, as per client’s requirement and within scheduled time.

    • Manpower planning schedule and costing aspects. Also Understand scope of work schedules, tasks etc. and
    explain it to team members.

    • Studies the basic Electrical system defined in the Basic Design Package.

    • Carries out sizing of all electrical equipment.

    • Reviews vendor bid to see if they meet the specifications or if there is sound justification for any deviation.
    • Reviews the equipment drawings submitted by the vendor.

    • Ensures the team follows quality and safety related procedures.

    • Provides engineering support to construction for resolution of site quarries..

    • Inspects (wherever identified) equipment at various stages of

    manufacturing at the vendor’s premises, to ensure that they conform to specifications / standards.

    • Provides need based site supervision for the erection, testing and commissioning

    • Provides necessary inputs to obtain necessary approvals from statutory authorities.

    • Involve in the recruitment, training and development Also, assist in developing new standards, calculations,
    work instructions, check lists, etc.
