The presiding officer asked the Barangay Secretary to call the roll. Thereafter, a quorum was
declared to be present.

IV. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS SESSION

The Barangay Secretary was then requested to read the minutes of the Previous Session. As
there were no questions or objections raised the minutes was then approved.
V. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS
A. Renewal of Appointment to all members.
B. BADAC Chairman, Hon. Severino T. Tacas Jr. asked the Barangay Duty Officers to
report. The Barangay Duty Officers reported that there were no added person/s involved
in illegal drugs activities.
C. The Chairman asked the cooperation of all the members again to continue monitoring to
maintain this barangay as a drug free barangay.

V. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS
A. The BADAC Chair asked the members to report cited problems if any. The
members said that there’s a one store at Purok Lailo which closes very late at
night. Drunk people is causing disturbances to the neighbors. The Chairman
decided to visit the said store after the meeting to talk to the owner.
B. The Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council in their initiative campaign activities
decided to conduct consultation on the Anti-Drug abuse campaign status of the
barangay. Brgy. Kagawad in-charge in each Purok shall conduct a meeting to
discuss anti-drug abuse campaign and activities of this barangay.

A. A report from the PNP that there were minors loitering at night. They asked for the action of
the Barangay Officials and Tanod’s for the strict compliance and implementation of
Municipal Ordinance regarding this matter. Thus, the BADAC decided to Proposed an
ordinance regulating the loitering of minors in this Barangay.
B. Proposed an ordinance regulating the drinking of intoxicating and fermented liquors in
carinderias, sari-sari stores and video bars of minors.
C. Conduct of checkpoint for incoming visitors. Outsiders who have no antigen/ swab test result
from a Licensed Doctor will not be allowed to enter the barangay.
D. Continuous drug activities monitoring.

A. Monitoring of the Drug Surrenderees 2018.
- There were no additional surenderees from year 2019 up to the present. Although
there were no reports regarding these persons, the Chairman still asked the BADAC
members to keep close monitoring of their daily activities and any untoward
activities shall be reported immediately to be given appropriate action.
B. There’s a report from the PNP that here were minors loitering at night. They alerted the
BRgy. Tanods to take a close monitoring to these miors.
C. Keep the duty officers be very vigilant to unknown cars hanging out within the jurisdiction of
the barangay without the permission of the Barangay Officials.

A. The BADAC Chairman, Hon. Severino T. Tacas Jr., pronounced that for the whole year
2021, once again Brgy. Simpautyo is still a drug -free barangay. Thus, he asked the full force
of BADAC members to maintain this.
B. Since Rodrigo Solis has been very inactive since May 2022 his appointment will no longer be
renewed on January 2022.
C. Frederick Soliven is also given ultimatum for this month of December. If he still continues to
be inactive his appointment will no longer be renewed as well.
