Their paper on "Key Success Factors Of Online Food Ordering Services: An Empirical Study" dealt
with the study on customers ordering experience in ordering food through online. They had the
determinants as website and service quality. Their study came into a fact that there is not only a
positive relation between website quality and trust but also a positive relation between service quality
and customer satisfaction and in turn on their loyalty. So in order to have a success results produced
by these online food ordering companies, they have to show concern on better information quality,
reliable website design, advanced security/privacy and convenient payment system towards their
customers in order to increase the web trust and satisfaction thereby hiking up the recurring revenues
from the loyal customers if they provide efficient delivery, reliable service as well as food quality.

For highlighting the paper they did on "A Study on Customers Attitude and Perception towards
Digital Food App Services" , they had a thorough study on their objectives to analyse factors
affecting the attitude of customers regarding food delivery apps and also to find the relationship
between food delivery app and the facilities provided by the same. Coming down to their conclusion
we can come to an understanding that the food delivery apps and the restaurant segment have shown a
hike at a blistering pace due to the continuous influx of professional in the cities and urbanization of
Indian landscape. Due to the role played by smart phones in every individuals hands, the accelerating
growth of food delivery apps is not very small. They make use of the offers, facilities and social
media for their marketing strategies . The special apps are convenient way for the customers to place
orders and for the company to attract further more customers but the comfort of usage must be given a
higher preference.

different companies like Swiggy, Zomato, Food Panda and Fassos are analysed and they have shown
that the growth of online food delivery platform by mobile apps has made business men awake and
grow more and more. Also to add up to the review, technology and innovation is playing a great role
in growth of food sector and business in this sector focus on building scalable revenue streams and
long term goals evolving technology to leverage efficient internally.

fact that internet along with technological growth had made a significant impact on lives of people

food due to the fast pace of life. Thus to make it clear, internet now plays an era where its role has
gained significance not only for the entrepreneurs but also for the consumers. It has evolved to a new
fashion of ordering food over the internet as the consumers themselves have found more enjoyable
easier and convenient. The objective is to spare time of clients by giving facilities like less gathering
at restaurants, computerized method, e-payment and better administration which will result in shopper
fulfilment and at last benefit the eatery. This mechanized framework spares time, decrease human
blunders, and diminish labour and gives buyer fulfilment, therefore useful for both restaurant and
consumer.
