Hiring:
Job Title: Ecommerce Analytics Manager / Assistant Manager
Position Objective:
As the Ecommerce Analytics Manager / Assistant Manager at DLL, you will design, develop
and implement data driven solutions for multiple brands across the Ecommerce businesses
(Ex. Marketing, Pricing, Campaigns etc.) for customer and revenue growth. You will be also
working with the Head of Data Labs and CEOs / Heads of Ecommerce businesses of various
business units to identify business issues and strategic growth areas and enhance quality of
decisions in through analytics
Job Role:
▪ Provide decision support across major Ecommerce businesses and Functional areas Viz.
Digital Marketing, Website Features, Pricing, Merchandizing, Loyalty and Operations
through analytics solutions, BI Reports & Visualization
▪ Work with Heads of Ecommerce of different brands, build engaging partnerships with
functional leaders, identify business opportunities & influence key stakeholders for
adoption of data analytics driven solutions in the Ecommerce business
▪ Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging methodologies & analytical solutions in
Ecommerce
▪ Lead an offshore team of ecommerce analysts in partnership with an analytics delivery
manager
▪ Define, Agree (with the business) on Targets /KPIs / evaluation methodology and
regularly measure the success of all analytical solutions. Collaborate with business
teams to deliver business impact through analytical solutions and clearly articulate the
financial benefits to CEOs
▪ In collaboration with Ecommerce delivery manager, Head of customer analytics and
Head of Data labs, develop analytics roadmap for Ecommerce
Ideal Candidate:
▪ Proven experience in delivering analytical solutions within mid to large size project
teams
▪ A self-starter, have demonstrated ability to influence decision makers with data, be
comfortable with change and have a desire to learn new tools and analytical techniques
▪ A strategic, analytical thinker, results and detail oriented, and possesses the confidence
and knowledge to optimize business performance
▪ Stakeholder management / Client facing experience preferred

▪ 5-9 years of experience in directly working in the Analytics domain and managing the key
stakeholders
▪ Minimum 1.5 – 2 years of work experience in Ecommerce analytics tools/solutions such
as Google Analytics, Product ranking, web scraping
▪ Experience in Adobe Site Catalyst/ Insights, FB/Insta Ad manager or google ad manager
will be an added advantage
▪ Experience in BI Reporting, hypothesis testing and finding actionable insights
▪ Awareness of tools like QlikVeiw/ Redash/ PowerBI is preferred
▪ Experience in working with data platforms including large scale data: R/Python, SQL, Big
Query
▪ Solid understanding and experience with database architecture, data flows, Cloud and VM
environments (Azure preferred)
▪ Major in Engineering / Economics / Mathematics / Statistics / Business
▪ Master degree (MBA, Economics/Statistics / Mathematics) is an added advantage
▪ Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic work environment and effectively organize &
execute demanding workload
