I would advise the organizations implementing Enterprise Resource Planning to adopt the
processes embedded in the software to replace the organization's original processes because
The ERP developers like Oracle invest so much resources to test and develop which leads to
better framework with minor bugs. It also leads to reduction in maintenance costs and all the
industry and government regulations are met.
Manual work is reduced to so much extent that the resources can be delegated to other
processes in the business. Also, data can be managed properly. The cost of implementing
ERP is one time as there are very less maintenance costs as compared to in house systems.
This was seen in the Hitachi case that it was difficult to integrate the in-house system. Also,
the ERP systems updates with technology on their own but the in-house system will add to
this cost also.

1) Structured Decision- Structured decisions are the decisions which are not new to the
organization. They are routine decisions. So one of the routine decision which Hitachi could
take was of how to keep the employee data safely as the data is very sensitive. Oracle HCM
cloud helped to protect the data as it has a very tight security.
2) Semi structured Decision- Semi structured decisions are taken by middle level managers.
These decisions are where one part of a decision is structured and one is unstructured. Hitachi
can take a semi structured decision is that the aim was to improve Hitachi Consulting's talent
acquisition and development systems so that it could locate the right individuals for the right
job. Oracle HCM Cloud helped in this decision as it has all the data of potential employees
collated which can help.
3) Unstructured Decision- Unstructured decision are the decisions which needs judgement
and insight of the decision maker. One such decision could be to use which ERP software
according to their requirements and the limitations which they were facing without that
software. This decision had to be taken by the top level management. Oracle was chosen and
all needs were met.

Scoring model is recommended for this evaluation. In scoring model weights are assigned to
various features of a system and then weighted totals are calculated. Three criteria used in a
scoring model by Hitachi Consulting to compare different ERP packages -
1)Security- The security is very important for the company because of its employee data
which is very sensitive. So, the weight given to this criterion would be high as data
integration and detecting fraud and unauthorized access is very important.
2) Cost- Cost is also a criterion which should be taken into consideration while choosing ERP
packages. ERP systems are costly as they help us in every domain of business. So, to choose
a ERP package we have to choose the cheapest but also should cover our all requirements so
this criteria is also important.
3) Adaptability- Adaptability refers to the flexibility of the ERP system to adapt with the
company's processes. It is very important that which ERP system can work properly in line
with the processes of the company and there is not much difficulty in implementing the ERP
system in the organization.

Hitachi Consulting adopted a cloud solution for its human resource management because of
the following reasons-
1)Single global human resource solution for various activities- It could help in many things
including maintaining employee records, aligning common HR operations, recruit, develop,
and retain top talent, increase employee productivity, control labour expenses, and solve
simple and complex employee compensation needs.
2)Helped in absorbing large number of employees from the acquision- It took very less time
to do this because of the system,
3)Easier to use for employees- It had a streamlined modern UI that made the system easier to
use for employees than HCC's previous system.
4)Flexibility- Customers must adjust their processes to the requirements of other cloud
services but Oracle HCM Cloud provides standard processes, but it also allows businesses to
alter them as needed.
5)Tight security- Cloud offered tight security to prevent any theft of the sensitive data of
employees which is very important. It also had regulatory controls. This sees all the security
threats.

Users nearly believe they are in a real-world situation when they apply interactive graphics
software to develop computer-generated simulations that are so lifelike, therefore the system
used to train pilots to land a Boeing 747 safely in difficult weather should be a Augmented
Reality System. As a pilot, you'll need to be in that circumstance to be trained for it, and a
virtual reality system can let you do that. We can control our presence on our own in
Augmented Reality System so it is used in military trainings.

The advantage of Public Key Encryption over Symmetric key Encryption is that Public Key
Encryption is more secure than Symmetric Key Encryption as in public key encryption we
use one key for encryption and second for decryption The public key can be distributed
everywhere without giving the private key whereas in Symmetric key Encryption there is
only one key for both sender and receiver. In public key encryption the sender and receiver
can exchange their keys using any method. This will keep their private keys secret which is
used to decrypt the messages received.

Supervised learning should be used in creating a "spam" filtering system that identifies spam
emails from genuine emails because it is a approach of machine learning in which machines
are trained using labelled data. The data provided to the machine works as supervisor which
will help the machine to calculate output correctly. The classification and regression
functions help to filter spam.

When two parties need to exchange a unit of value, the request is broadcasted to a
decentralized database that forms a public ledger of all transactions. This request is called
block. Then the network validates the block so the transaction can be processed. This verified
block is added to chain of other blocks which were verified. This is called blockchain. Now
the blocks are time stamped. Now the unit of value is delivered to the receiver. Because all
verification is done by the system itself, blockchain eliminates the requirement for a central
authority in a transaction network.
