    I started to exercise to

    healthy as well. I was
    tempted with unhealthy
    foods because I was
    craving it and I couldn't
    control myself at that time.
    Even though I know it will
    affect my weight because
    of its calorie but still ate
    unhealthy foods instead of
    fruits and vegetables.
