Requirements for Guest Blogging

Make sure to keep track of the following points:


1. Mention Grammarly Score in the beginning of the article: (Use the
following link to check score - https://app.grammarly.com/ )
2. Mention Plagiarism Score: (It should be less than 10%, use the following
link to check score - https://smallseotools.com/plagiarism-checker/ )
3. Title
 Use ‘Capitalize each word’ command for heading. For example,
‘Government Jobs for Architects in India: A Perfect One-stop Guide’
 Keep the title simple, short and to the point. It must be very specific to what
the article is talking about.
4. Word Count:1000-3500 words
5. Word limit for each paragraph is 50-80 words..
6. Insert Images wherever it is relevant to the article. (min 5)
7. Mention sources/credits for the image.
8. All the images should be in landscape and of high resolution (1280x750)
9. Site the website references used while borrowing information from other
sources in the form of hyperlinks.
10. Hyperlinks should be mentioned in the content, with the heading
‘Reference’.
11. Be concise. Web writing should be clear and direct. Keep sentences short.
Remove words or descriptions that don’t add value to the content.
12. Make content scannable. Readers scan web pages before they read. If they
don’t recognize useful, relevant content, they often move on. Elements that
enhance scanning include headers, links, highlighted text, bulleted lists,
graphics, captions and pull-quotes. Use Headings after every few paragraphs.
13. Use active voice. Use a more conversational tone.
14. Include valuable links. If additional useful, relevant and appropriate content
exists elsewhere—on or off your website—link to it. Instead of repeating
information that already exists on your site, link to this content as well.
15. The web is for everyone—not just technical experts. So make sure information
is understandable for the educated non-specialist.
