first of all you will want to head to American Express and sign up for an account, this will give you an
unlimited credit limit to use.
To make this more profitable, you will want to apply for a American Express
Basic Card so you can use up-to £200k Per-month.
First of all, you are going to want to pick your items you would like to purchase.

John Lewis
MusicMagpie
Pretty much any site that accepts Paypal as a payment option will do!
Method 1:
You are going to want to place your order (Max limit per order is £10,000) Checkout with Paypal;
remember that you can no longer use collection as an option so make sure that the item is DELIVERED to
an address (No drop is needed, home address is OK)
Wait for the item to arrive (You can sign for the item, use the best delivery option available, it’s safe) and
then head to the PayPal transaction on your account.

Press “Report a problem” and then select “I received an item that’s not as described” as pictured below.
“Hi, I placed an order for -ITEM/S- and I received a package today, inside was absolutely nothing, I
contacted -COMPANY- who were less than helpful so I am now pursuing this through Paypal”

Copy what you have just wrote into additional information and head over to the dispute page, press on
“Escalate claim” and paste what you have just wrote on the previous step into the box on the page you
are now on. You will now have to wait until you have received an email from Paypal requesting a report
from a government organisation called “Action Fraud”.
You will now need to replace the information into the report document – Name, Email, Address, Paypal
Dispute ID, Order Amount, report reason (Use same excuse as you used on the Paypal Dispute) – For
further support about this part please contact @Daz or @Lord as this bit can be tricky!
After you have uploaded the Action Fraud report you have just made onto the dispute, you will get a
reply within 24 hours letting you know you are receiving a refund!

Method 2:
Okay so, for this method you are going to want to do exactly as stated above, but this time in the dispute
details you are going to want to write something along the lines of:
“Hi, I placed an order with -RETAILER- for -ITEM/S-, I have received the package today and I have received
a completely different item, the item I received is -MAKE UP AN ITEM HERE- I did not order this. I phoned
up -RETAILER- and they have been pretty rude to me and basically called me a liar, so I am now escalating
this to PayPal”
You will then copy what you have just wrote and head to the dispute page and press escalate, paste the
text into the escalate details box.
You will receive an email in around 5 days asking you to return the incorrect item you have received.
Get an empty box, place something that’s around the same weight of the item/s you have ordered and
seal the box.
You have two options for this next part, you can either purchase a UPS label online and print out and
attach it to the box and drop off at a UPS collect point, or you can write the label on normally and use
Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Before you send the package, take a picture of the box with the address clearly showing, you will need
this for the upcoming part of the method.
Post the box using UPS/Royal Mail and then you will want to head to the PayPal dispute and upload the
picture of the box, picture of the postage receipt and also add the tracking information to the dispute.
You will then need to monitor the tracking on the day that the package is meant to be delivered, as soon
as it shows delivered you want to either use the live chat function on the PayPal website, or phone PayPal
and explain to them you are calling regarding a dispute, say that you have returned the wrong item as
requested and tell them that the tracking shows that the item has been delivered, and that you are
hoping that you can get this closed off today and ask for a refund there and then as you have returned
the package as per requested.
