    2 Special tools in Concord scope
    3 Lifting tackles, PPE, nylone rope, power supply, Welding / gas cutting if required, consumables in Client scope.
    4 Hydraulic moblie crane considered for one shift, any delay happened due to site constraints, then the additional charges
    will be on pro rata basis.
    5 Shifting of materials will be in client scope.
    6 Accomodation 5-6 members near site in client scope.
    7 Payment terms: 50% paymant in advance and balance on submission of invoice.
    8 Unskilled manpower in client scope.
    9 GST @18% will be extra.
