Marketing
The Marketing Team of Agoda is a world leader in online marketing. This department is highly
data-driven and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime
value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels. The marketing
leadership at Agoda has deep experience in data science, product, strategy, and other marketing
�ields and has built an organization that thrives on data, creative ideas, and technology. You will
be able to learn and grow by working closely with experts from various backgrounds from all
over the world.

Supply Optimization and Commercialization


The Supply Optimization and Commercialization (SOCs) team sits within the Product Supply
team at Agoda Bangkok. It works closely with the sales department (Partner Services) to
identify and optimize growth opportunities on accommodations supply for the company and
to set up experiments to measure and implement changes. The projects the SOCs team works
on directly impact Agoda's bottom line and have a long-lasting structural impact on the business.

Strategic Partnership
Key accounts/ Strategy & Analytics is a fast-growing and dynamic team within the Strategic
Partnerships department of Agoda. The team is responsible for developing and scaling a range
of marketing solutions for accommodation partners focusing on growth, visibility, conversion,
and advertising and display marketing solutions for businesses and travel organizations.

Partner Development
Partner Development is a brand-new department that focuses on remote account development
and direct supply growth. The department was created based on experimentation, industry
best practices, and long-term strategy. This team is there to reach out to partners proactively
to improve the coverage and quality of Agoda's direct supply at scale through account
development and connectivity partnerships.

Interview pattern*

SHL Numerical Assessment

The assessment is designed to gauge how critically, quickly, and accurately you can analyze and interpret charts,
graphs, tables, and other numerical data. The numerical reasoning test will take approximately 25 minutes and will
redirect you to a Google page once you submit the test.

Interview 1
(General Analytics Round - 1 hour)

The round focuses majorly on your analytical skills, how you fit with the team, your experience, critical thinking,
problem-solving skills, etc. The interviewer will assess your technical skills and business acumen, focusing on
your experience/projects and situational analytical problem-solving discussions. (That may include pseudo
coding in SQL, Python/R and basic statistics)

Interview 2
(Case Study Presentation - 1 hour)

The case study is one of the most crucial rounds, assessing your ability to deliver the recommendations
convincingly. The take-home exercise is shared with you in advance with the scenario-based question. You'll
work on a limited data set provided to perform analysis and come up with recommendations.

Interview 3
(Post-Case Interview(s))

This round is a follow-up interview with the key business stakeholders from the team(s) you have been shortlisted,
based on your case study performance. In this round you can expect the interviewer to analyze your fitment within
the team with role specific questions, mini case studies etc.
