1. Leadership by example -Leadership by example means you are guiding others
through your behaviors and inspiring them to do the
same as you. When you lead by example, you provide a
path to direct others down so that everyone is working
toward a common goal with the same purpose.
A leader makes it natural for people to feel like they want
to do the best they can for the organization they work
for. When you lead by example, you can accomplish this
and have a workplace that's full of trust, confidence and
purpose.
If you want to lead by example, consider coming to work
with a smile on your face, a positive attitude and
productive energy that translates to increased
momentum and motivation as you complete your daily
tasks. Your team should pick up on your attitude and
naturally mirror it, resulting in a productive workforce
that supports each other and exhibits a great approach
to getting the job done.

2. Corporate Leadership - Corporate leadership as a leadership presence with


entrepreneurial, great business and excellent skill with
monetary management. A business wizard if one will,
who can apply these skills to guide a business from a
mundane startup to an enterprise of epic scale and
success.Corporate leadership is not just about business
strategy and financial wits. It’s also very much about
cultivating a successful corporate culture with
individuals forever in growth, and a company view that
never looks assay from the eternal horizon of the future.
3. Leadership Theory - Leadership theories are the explanations of how and
why certain people become leaders. They focus on the
traits and behaviors that people can adopt to increase
their leadership capabilities. Leadership theories help
explain how leaders harness and develop these traits.
Recently leadership theories have been more formalized,
making them easier to understand, discuss, and analyze
in action.
- One example of leadership theory is the contingency
theory. The contingency leadership theory, sometimes
called situational theory, focuses on the context of a
leader. These theories look at the situational effects of
the success or failure or a leader. A leader’s
effectiveness is directly determined by the situational
context. While a leader’s personality is a small factor in
their success, the most important factor is the context
and situation of the --Contingency theory. The
contingency leadership theory, sometimes called

Hershey and Blanchard’s Situational Theory, the Evans
and House Path-Goal Theory, and Fiedler’s Contingency
Theory.
4. How to be an Effective -In order to be an effective leader, you have to lead by
Leader example. Doing so should result in a creative, productive
and enjoyable workplace where all members of the team
feel valued and do what's necessary to help the group
succeed. One more thing to be an effective leader is to
listen to your employees, fellow leaders at your
organization and even the leaders you report to.
Everyone has something of value to add to a
conversation. Plus, listening to your team shows them
you respect them as people and the work they do, and
you want to get to know more about them so you can
lead effectively. Interact with them in a meaningful way
so they feel confident in your abilities and are
comfortable coming to you about any issues. The more
you listen, the more you learn.

5. Charismatic Leadership -Charismatic leadership differentiates from other


leadership styles, like by focusing more on the
interpersonal relationship and how the leader interacts
with the people whom they lead. Charismatic leadership
is a style of leadership that relies on multiple attributes
of charisma to elicit the desired behaviors, shape growth
in employees and the company, and produce specific
outcomes. Charismatic leaders can motivate and inspire
their team towards a greater goal by tapping into their
people’s emotions, creating a sense of trust, passion,
and purpose greater than themselves.

1. Decision Making Process Example:

a. Identify the decision.Try to clearly define the nature of


the decision you must make.

b. Gather relevant information. Collect information


before you make your decision. What information is
needed, the best sources of information, and how to get
it. This step involves both internal and external work.
Some information is internal,you will seek it through a
process of self-assessment. Other information is
external, you will find it online, in books, from other
people, and from other sources.

c. Identify the alternatives. As you collect information,


you will probably identify several possible paths of
action, or alternatives. You can also use your
imagination and additional information to construct new
alternatives. In this step, you will list all possible and
desirable alternatives.

d. Weigh the evidence. Draw on your information and


emotions to imagine what it would be like if you carried
out each of the alternatives to the end.

e. Choose among alternatives. Once you have weighed


all the evidence, you are ready to select the alternative
that seems to be best one for you. You may even choose
a combination of alternatives.

f. Take action. You are now ready to take some positive


action by beginning to implement the alternative you
chose in

g. Review your decision and its consequences In this


final step, consider the results of your decision and
evaluate whether or not it has resolved.

2. Legal Decision Making - Example of legal decision making is : This is an appeal


from the Decision1 dated February 1 7, 2015 of the Court
of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. CR-H.C. No. 05256, which
affirmed the July 26, 2011 Joint Decision2 rendered by
the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Cauayan City, Isabela,
Branch 20 in Criminal Case Nos. Br. 20-6096 & 20-6097,
finding accused-appellant Lino Alejandro y Pimentel
guilty beyond reasonable doubt of two counts of rape.

3. Ethical Decision - Examples of ethical decisions in the workplace


includes when you obey the company's rules or not, and
if you are going to respect your colleagues at work or
not.

4. Moral Decision Making - Example of moral decision is when you treat others as
you want to be treated as said in the golden rule. In here
you are making moral decision if you choose to treat a
person in a good way but if otherwise then you are not
deciding morally.

3.You are given a task to lead a team and your mission is to extract a kidnap victim but
you found out that the safe house they kept the victim is highly fortified. How will you
pursue your mission? Enumerates your step and procedures in doing so?

- As a team leader of the team the following are my steps and procedures to persue the
mission. First, I will gather my members to come as a group to solve this kidnapping
case. Secondly, I will inform them about our mission which is to save the victim from
the kidnappers and also to catch the perpetrator. In here we will plan on what steps we
are going to do in order to properly fulfill our task. We gather for ideas and opinions to
come out with a better outcome of our operation. So after all the information we have
talked, as a team leader, I will make a wise decisions for us to make our plan into an
action.
