Corona Virus (Covid 19) is an infectious disease caused by the CoV-2 virus, which is also
known as SARS. The virus causes mild to moderate respiratory disease in the majority of those who are
infected. Which they can recover without the need for personalized treatment. Some, on the other hand,
become gravely ill. Elderly folks and those with medical issues are more prone to get major illnesses.
We must wear a facemask at all times, especially when outside. It prevents the air or tiny droplets
produced by talking, coughing, or sneezing from being inhaled directly. It is also necessary to maintain
social distance, which means staying at least one meter away from others, even if they do not appear to
be unwell. Hands should be washed often, particularly before handling food or beverages. Stay in your
home and keep it adequately ventilated. Also, avoid remaining outside unless absolutely necessary.

Despite the fact that we are merely staying at home, we are still urged to engage in physical
activity. It encourages our bodies to remain active and reduces the chance of heart disease. It also has a
positive impact on mental health and mood. Nowadays, eating on time and eating healthful foods are
vital. It supports our immune system and prevents our bodies from becoming weakened as a result of
infections or diseases. Vaccinate yourself as soon as feasible. It has the potential to reduce the risk of
serious infections. Limit the number of people you invite to your party. Always be aware of social
alienation. Before going outside, put on a face mask and a face shield. Follow the instructions of your
city mayor or barangay captain. In some parts of the Philippines, lockdowns have been enforced,
making it illegal to travel to certain locations until the lockdown is lifted. Only people aged 18 and up
are permitted to enter the mall. False charges or jokes regarding covid patients are likewise prohibited.
Before shifting to another location, swab testing is also required.
