    2. The following researchers shall strictly adhere to the provisions of DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2017
    dated March 20, 2017 and DepEd Order No. 43, s. 2015 dated September 16, 2015. Likewise, in the
    event that the research proponent failed to complete and submit the deliverables as scheduled, the
    research proponent shall be required to return the amount granted in full through direct payment or salary
    deduction within six (6) months.

    3. The schedule of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing will be done on a later date. Kindly
    take note that the start of action research implementation will commence from January 27, 2022 to July
    27, 2022.
