Dear Parents,
Annual examination will commence from 25th February, 2022, for Classes III to IX and XI.
The format of examination is given below.

I. For classes III to V (Online)


● Maximum marks 80 (Subjective of 20 marks and Objective of 60 marks)
● Timings for Objective examination 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
● Timings for Subjective examination 11:00 am to 11:40 am.
● Google link for the Objective Assessment will be shared by the Subject Teachers at
8.45 am. The link will open at 9 am and close at 10 am sharp.
● Subjective papers will be shared by the Invigilator at 11:00 am on the Zoom
platform..

II. For classes VI to VIII (Online/Offline)


● Maximum marks 80 (Subjective of 40 marks and Objective of 40 marks)
● Timings for Objective examination 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
● Timings for Subjective examination 10:30 am to 12:30 noon.
● Google link for the Objective Assessment will be shared by the Subject Teachers at
8.45 am. The link will open at 9 am and close at 10:00 am sharp.
● Subjective papers will be shared by the Invigilator at 10:30 am on the Zoom platformand
WhatsApp.

III. For classes IX to XI (Offline)


● Maximum marks 40 (As per Term-2, for classes IX )
● Maximum marks 40 and 10 marks Practicals (As per Term-2, for classes XI )

Maximum marks 35 and 15 marks Practicals (As per Term-2, for classes XI ).
● Reporting time to school at 8:30 am.
● Distribution of Question paper at 8:45am.
● Reading time 8:45am to 9:00 am
● Exam time 9:00 am to 11:00 am
