KEY QUESTIONS

1. Is the classroom climate purposeful, task-oriented, relaxed, warm and supportive? Does it
have a sense of order?
➢ Yes, the classroom have a sense of order. But in our case we use google meet and if
you compare the sense of order it is also the same when we use classroom. When wee
meet or when the teacher teach using google meet the online class is tasked-
oriented,relaxed, warm and supportive.
2. Are the comments particularly, freedom on their progress, help students develop self-
esteem and self-respect as learners?
➢ Yes, because comments helps the learners to learn more and understand what the
learners wrong. And also it helps to develop self-steem and self-respect the learners
through realizing what sense of the teachers comments.
3. Are the learning activities challenging, and do they offer realistic opportunities for
success?
➢ Yes it is, like for example the teacher give activity outside for students, the students
should experience how to gain knowledge outside. The opportunity to learn real-
world learning experience and learning outside the classroom should help them to
realize that we have different kind of learning. But because in our generation we faced
covid 19 the students can learn and play inside their house.
4. Does the teacher make good use of both intrinsic and extrinsic sources of student
motivation?
➢ Yes, based on online class the teacher should give both intrinsic and extrinsic of
student motivation. The teacher use intrinsic to master their subject, for example is the
module of their students. And extrinsic to give inspiration the students to have goal
like for example to set goal for their GPA.
5. Does the teacher's behavior convey positive expectation?
➢ Yes, teachers between student relationship have impact to the behavior and
achievements of student.
6. Does the teacher convey a personal interest and care for the progress of the students?
➢ The teachers want the students to be successful and try to help them achieve their
goals. In addition, teachers care about the happiness, well-being of students and life
outside school.
7. Is the relationship with the teacher based on mutual respect and rapport?
➢ Yes it is, because teacher help the students to respect others and help them to build
trust to others. And if the children have a good relationship with their teacher the
students will volunteer to answer, or response to the whole class.
8. Do the measures conveyed by the nature and types of activities used and the way the
teacher interacts with students contribute to establishing and sustaining a positive classroom
climate?
➢ Yes, because positive classroom climate can help the students to learn and the
students encourage to learn. Positive classroom climate can stimulate, promote, and
encourage the learning of students in all educational sectors. And developing a
classroom environment conducive to learning is a process that entails staging the
physical space, getting the students to cooperate, creating a communal environment,
and finally maintaining a positive classroom climate and culture.
9. Does the appearance and layout of the classroom convey positive expectations and
facilitate the activities which occur?
➢ Yes, because good apperarance and layout inside the classroom can help the student
to learn fast.
10. Does the teacher take adequate amounts of influence of the composition of the class; e.g.,
social class mix in the way he can best establish a positive classroom cli mate.
➢ Yes, because a student with a positive classroom climate can encourage a positive
relationship among their students.

GUIDE QUESTIONS:

1.Do you agree that performance is a consequence of experience?


➢ Yes I agree, because every performance that you make in your life is part of your
experience. For example the teacher make an activity outside the classroom and the
activity is choose your own partner and build a game per group, in that way the
students can build or can adopt a new experience.
2.Is it true that mature individuals are always better than the less mature?
➢ Yes it is, because a mature individual learns in their own way they grow up with a
good environment and a mature individual can manage what happens in their
surroundings. For example, the students argued inside the classroom about practicing
for acquaintances, so, as a mature individual you must choose to not speak than to
speak or you choose to be silent than to join their mess. As a mature individual you
have self-respect, you can take responsibility for yourself and you can understand the
small things that happen in your surroundings.
3. As children grow and develop they are faced with various problems. Is this true?
➢ Yes, every children faced a various problem because of the environment they
influenced of society upon the individual. The children grow and develop in one
community so, in one community there are more issues that children can faced it and
also this is part of their grow and develop.
4.What is personality development?
➢ Personality Development is the moderately suffering example of contemplations,
sentiments, and practices that recognize people from each other. The predominant
view in the field of character brain research today holds that personality emerges early
and keeps on changing in significant ways all through the life expectancy.
5.What is the role of the family in personality development?
➢ The family is the first person to develop the children learn to trust others, seek
friendship with others, how to treat others, and find comfort with others and also they
help to develop the emotions, strength of their children.
6. How do sociologists view socialization as a process?
➢ Sociologist all recognize the importance of socialization for healthy individual and
sociatal development. A conflict theorist might argue that socielization reproduces
inequality from generation to generation by conveying different expectations and
norms to those with different social characteristics.
7. What is your understanding of cultural environment?
➢ A cultural environment is a collection of convictions, traditions, habits and behaviors
similar to those who live in a certain population. Cultural surroundings influence
beliefs and personalities as every individual grows. The confluence of many
components of culture which affect personal decisions and actions determines cultural
settings.
8. Explain Carl Rogers theory of personality.
➢ At the center of Rogers' personality theory is the self-concept or the self-concept. This
is defined as "the organized and coherent set of perceptions and beliefs about
oneself." The closer our self-image and our ideal are, the more consistent or congruent
we will be and the greater our self-esteem.
9.What are the two major dispositions of personality according to Jung's theory of
personality?
➢ The two major disposition of personality according to Jung's Theory is personality-
extroversion and introversion.
10. React/explain the poem, “Children Learn What They Live."
➢ “Children Learn What They Live.” means children can adopt experiences and
knowledge based on their surroundings, based on what they see, and what they learn.
In other words, there are good and bad experiences. For example, if children born
people always argue with their family and always say bad words, the children
automatically adopt this kind of attitude. But if the children born with respectful
family, the children have a good attitude and experience.
