    Section 6. Stock classification.

    The classification of shares and their corresponding


    rights, privileges, restrictions, and nominal value must be stated in the articles of
    incorporation. Unless otherwise specified in the Articles of Incorporation, each
    share is in all respects the same as all other shares. Unless otherwise specified in the
    articles of incorporation and share certificates, all shares are in all respects the same
    as all other shares.
    Ltd. can be divided into stock classes and / or stock series. Unless otherwise
    specified in this Code, voting rights may not be withdrawn except for shares
    classified and issued as "preferred shares" or "redeemable" shares. However, only if
    you have a class or series of shares with full voting rights.
