The Department of Education created a fantastic opportunity for students to learn at the
institution. By envisioning, they aspire to cultivate students who are true citizens and patriots,
with a tremendous desire to serve their nation and strive for its betterment. As a learner-centered
institution, every individual enhances themselves and lets students realize their dreams. With this
concept, students were able to maximize their skills and talents not just for themselves but for the
betterment of the nation. We do not stop learning; we are constantly seeking a better life for
ourselves.
The action of the DepEd mission is to engage students in a friendly, safe, and motivating
environment wherein these keywords establish connections not just for themselves but also with
their peers. It assists individuals in improving and becoming more knowledgeable, as well as
being capable enough of their actions. Teachers facilitate or guide their learners' learning to put
themselves on the right path wherein this serves as a model for what they will become in the
future. It is a good thing that this mission is actively engaged in the institute to ensure that the
learners are fully baked when they move forward to the next step. Through this mission, it will
help fully develop the students in any circumstance where they belong.
There are four core values in the context of the Department of Education, which are
"Maka-Diyos," "Maka-tao," "Makakalikasan," and "Makabansa." In "Maka-Diyos," students
should respect and engage the spiritual beliefs of others. This will aspire to and recognize one's
feelings, be fair, and uphold the truth, which demonstrates adherence to ethical standards.
"Maka-Tao" gives students opportunities to collaborate, communicate, respect, and accept
defeat. This demonstrates a significant contribution by an institution to maintaining peace.
"Makakalikasan" learners actively take care of the environment and use resources wisely,
prudently, and economically. This practice will serve as a guide towards protecting the
environment. Lastly, in "Makabansa," every individual demonstrates appropriate behaviour when
participating in events at school, in society, and in the country, especially acknowledging the flag
and the national anthem.
