    LAND BANK – LINK BIZ PORTAL USER MANUAL

    Paying thru Link Biz Portal

    Step 1: Click Download Order of Payment.


    Step 2: The order of payment will open in the new tab in your browser
    Step 3: Copy the following data from the order of payment:

     Total Due
     Application ID
     Application Type
     OP Number
     Date

    Step 4: Click “PAY THRU LAND BANK LINK BIZ PORTAL” or go to https://www.lbp-
    eservices.com/egps/portal/index.jsp
    Step 5: The Link Biz Portal website will show, then click “PAY NOW”

    Step 6: Enter in the search field, “ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU CENTRAL OFFICE” then
    click “CONTINUE”
    Step 7: Select a transaction you wish to pay

    Note:

    Below is the equivalent transaction type per application:

    Chemical Control Order Importation – CCOI APPLICATION FEES

    Chemical Control Order Registration – CCOR APPLICATION FEES

    Certificate of Conformity – COC APPLICATION FEES

    For Waste Water Discharge Permit, there are two Order of payment issued in the system.
    Enter the total amount of the per order of payment.
    For (Load Based Fee) – DP DISCHARGE FEES
    For (Application Fee) – DP APPLICATION FEES
    You will pay it separately thru Link Biz Portal

    Hazardous Waste Importation Clearance – IC APPLICATION FEES

    Hazardous Waste Importation Registration – IR APPLICATION FEES

    Ozone-Depleting Substances Dealer Registration – ODSDR APPLICATION FEES


    Registration for Importation Ozone-Depleting
    Substances and Alternative Chemical Substances – ODSIR APPLICATION FEES
    Registration for Importation Ozone-Depleting
    Substances and Alternative Chemical Substances – ODSIC APPLICATION FEES

    Priority Chemical List – PCL APPLICATION FEES

    Pre Manufacture and Pre Importation Notification – PMPIN APPLICATION FEES

    Permit To Operate – PTO APPLICATION FEES

    Small Quantity Importation – SQI APPLICATION FEES


    Step 8.1: Enter the payment details:

    Note:

     Remove dash in “-“ Order of payment (OP)


     Remove “,” comma in date.
     Follow the sample format input in the screenshot below

    Step 8.2: Enter the Amount, Application ID, Application Type, OP Number and Date from the Order of
    payment then click Payment Method. For this quick guide we select the “LANDBANK/OF BANK ATM
    Card”

    Step 8.3: Enter your SA Number in the LAND BANK/OF Bank Account Number field

    Step 8.4: Review your input and Click check to Agree in Terms and Condition then click “CONTINUE”
    Step 9: Finalize your payment details. Enter the “One-Time-Password” that you will receive in the email
    or mobile number registered in the Land Bank.

    Step 9.1: Select JAI and enter your PIN using the PIN PAD. Then click Submit
    FOR BANCNET ATM CARD

    Select “Bancnet” as payment Mode then follow the step in the picture:
    Step 10: Acknowledgement from Land Bank will receive if the payment is successful. Save or Print this
    receipt then attached it thru the Payment Form of Online Permitting and Monitoring System (OPMS)
