 Reality therapy & choice theory

 The quality of your relationship is one of the greatest


predictor of happiness. Whats gonna fix you’re your
relationship is your behavior.
 Ineffective ways of behaving, ways of dealing with
frustrations and pain results in having inability to
connect, to get close to others where to have
satisfying and successful relationship.
 That problem with relationship later on translates as
something that doesn’t contribute to your well-being
or to your happiness.
