    Terms and Conditions
    Warranty Terms
    Solution:
    - 5-Year limited warranty from the date of purchase
    - System warranty will be covered only when installation is done by Sun Power
    authorized technical team
    Inverter:
    - 1Year Warranty and 2 year Services contract
    - System warranty will be covered only when installation is done by Sun Power
    authorized technical team.
    Panels:
    - 10-year Replacement warranty and 25-year warranty with 80% power output.

    Payment Terms:
    - 80% payment with order confirmation.
    - 20% Cheque Sun Power.
    Validity
    - 15 Days from the day of Quotation
    Transportation
    - Including Ex work Lahore
    Store of the material and Residence
    - Customer will provide the proper and safe storage for the solar system material and
    residence of the technical staff during installation.
    Technical Staff
    - Customer make sure the availability of his electrical technician at the commissioning
    of the system and customer will appoint a person for operation and maintenance
    training for the solar system.

    - 80% payment in advance, 10% after equipment delivery on site, 10% after installation
    and commissioning.
    - 1 week lead time required.
    Note:
    - AC, DC Wire and Earthing pits third party certification and inspection cost included in
    the above quotation.
