    We (buyer company limited), the undersigned with full corporate legal authority andresponsibility
    both personally and corporate and under penalty of perjury confirm that,we are ready, willing and
    able to buy the following unencumbered product, as follows.

    We want to buy 90,000 cryptocurrency bitcoins (BTC) in total until xxxxx. and we are committed.
    the first trial will be 1000 bitcoins in tranches. If successful, it will be continued.

    Price Gross: -10%


    Net: -% 7 Note: to be reflected to the buyer.

    PROCEDURE:
    1.Buyer and consultants signed a confidentiality and rights protection and Irrevocable Master Fee
    Protection Agreement contract. percent 3 % , contract number :M/21 We signed the contract .
    The buyer sends CIS form. Buyer will send POF ,or bank account image to the representative of Seller
    2.The buyer sends a corporate request letter to the attention of the seller.

    3.Two contracts are signed between buyer and seller.


    a. BTC Purchase Contract
    b. Investment Agreement
    c. Both parties will give only the Investment Agreement to the Bank
    4. The Bank xxxxxxx of the EUR provider issues SWIFT MT199 POF.
    5. BTC provider sends a test micro transaction to Satoshi.
    6. The Bank of the EUR provider issues SWIFT MT103.
    7. BTC-provider transfers bitcoins in tranches from its wallet to the wallet specified by the EURO
    provider.
    Necessary transactions will be made for the two banks to carry out transactions between themselves.
    8 -We are accepting to pay 3 percent commision for consultants of seller.
    Note:
    If the buyer will pay for 100.000 BTC. Seller will send 110.000 to the buyer’s wallet.
