Sir,

It is respectfully submitted as under:-

1. That the above noted false and frivolous case has been registered
against the applicant/accused.

2. That the accused/applicant is in judicial custody since


28.11.2015.

3. That the applicant/accused is innocent and has not committed


any offence alleged in the said FIR.

4. That the applicant/accused does not commit any offence alleged
in the said FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present
case. The true fact is that the applicant is neither working as
immigration agent nor taken any money from the complainant as
alleged in the said FIR.

5. That it is pertinent to mention over that no alleged recovery has


been effected from the accused.

6. That it is pertinent to mention over here that the said FIR was
registered after the gap of 3 years as the complainant has cooked
up false and frivolous story.

7. That despite of innocence of the accused/applicant he has been


wrongly named as accused in the above said F.I.R. just to harass
and humiliate him.

8. That registration of FIR is an afterthought and just to build the


pressure upon the accused.

9. That the applicant further undertakes to remain bound by the


terms and condition so imposed by this Hon`ble Court.

10. That the accused/applicant will not abscond nor will temper
with the prosecution evidence if admitted to bail. There are
sufficient reasons for allowing the concession of regular Bail to
the accused/applicant. There are sufficient reasons for allowing

11. That trial of the case will take long time for its disposal.

It is therefore, prayed that the accused/applicant may
kindly be granted on regular bail till the decision of the case in
the interest of justice, equity and fair play. Applicant may also be
