    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That I, PRINCESS A. BERBA of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Las Pias City do to
    hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT APRIL JOSE HABLA AND CATHERINE
    HABLA-RASING, a resident of San Pedro, Laguna, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for
    us and in our name, place and stead, and for my own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of
    the following acts and things, namely:

    1. To  represent me  before the Bureau of Internal Revenue to check on the compliance
    section the taxes being filed.
