The ideal candidate should have a broad knowledge within telecom and Datacom, covering both hardware, software and
network knowledge. You will work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues
internally as well as customers and suppliers to Ericsson. The role more than often requires you to seek big responsibility
and it is important that you can work independently.
You will:
Handle customer issues and provide dedicated support
Handle Software Update Management (SUM)
Develop and manage relationship relationships with all partners internally and externally
Identify new business opportunities
Performing on-call duties when required
To be successful in the role you must have
Min 3 years of experience in a technical role: Integration Engineer, Support Engineer or similar
Domain experience: RAN (2G/3G/4G) domain, 5G is a plus
Good troubleshooting skills for RAN products and technologies (GSM, WCDMA, LTE, BSC,RBS, RNC, NodeB,
ENodeB, ERS, etc.)
Negotiation & argumentation skills
Planning & organizing skills
Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
Presentation & communication skill
French and English proficiency is required
