    IV. Trading terms:

    1.Payment: Down payment 50% deposit to be paid after confirm the invoice within 5 days by T/T,
    50% balance payment before all equipment leave factory.

    2.Delivery time: About 15-20 working days after receipt of the 100% payment.

    3.Guarantee: The seller will guarantee the quality of the machines for 18 months from successfully
    running.
    4.Technical support: Due to all equipment is non-standard equipment, so the all technology
    parameter will be according to the standard of XinXiang Dayong Vibration Equipment CO.LTD.

    5.Loading port: QINGDAO/ SHANGHAI Port China.

    6.Packing way: Standard export plywood case packing.

    7.Total price: It is CIF JAKARTA PORT price.

    8.Documents: Seller will provide invoice/ packing list/ BL/ original etc. Related files.

    9.Partial shipment and transshipment: Partial shipment is not allowed, the transshipment is
    allowed.

    10.Installation: If buyer need seller to install the machine, seller must send technicians to guide
    the installation, and train the workers. The actual expenses incurred for accommodation, the
    round-tip ticket, and insurance, should be borne by buyer. In additional, the labor charge for one
    technician is 50-70 US dollars daily.
