INTERNSHIP

3
HOW TO GET HIRED AS AN
INTERN

LinkedIn is the go to for all students or

anyone to get hired as an intern in any
company, it’s very easy and you can get a
job nearby.
To search for internship listings, go to the
jobs tab at the top of the page and put
“internship” in the search box. Then refine
your search by filling in the boxes on the left
side of the page. Enter “C++ internship”
followed by the Zip code of the area where
you live and you’ll get all the lists of job
opportunities. One downside: You can’t filter
for paid or unpaid positions. The most
valuable aspect of LinkedIn is instantly
seeing which of your contacts works at a
company or knows people who work there

Once you are selected for a company, you'll

be asked to give an interview either via
video conferencing or physically, then you
will be certified as an intern for that
company

Your answer needs to show your personality

majorly. I would suggest answering these 3
points

1) Your year of study and degree subject

2) Your career aim or what career you’re

interested in

3) A hobby or interest that you pursue in

your spare time.

*The interviewer might also twist this

mention that pay and perks are the only
reason why you want to work, it comes of
as unpassionate and unprofessional.
