    The undersigned would like to request from your office the approval of BRYAN M. FLORO, Teacher I,
    as the SDRRM Coordinator for Ipag National High School. As stipulated in DepEd Order 21 s. 2015
    the School Head may serve as the School DRRM Coordinator but shall appoint an alternate among
    other personnel to assist the implementation of DRRM. Mr. Floro has already been exercising his
    designation since School Year 2018-2019 up to the current School Year.
