1 INTRODUCTION
• Triangle Technology Solutions Pvt Limited a Kenya based IT Solutions Company
(www.triangletech.co.ke) established in 2018 and specialized in cyber security &
digital forensic solutions, IOT and services provider to Enterprises and Government.
• Triangle along with its global partners has developed products which leverages
cutting edge technologies such as machine learning, blockchain, deep learning and
AI.
• Triangle also offers Digital transformation & IT infrastructure (Cloud) based solution
consultancy and implementation services.
• Triangle with its Technology partners offer solutions on ERP, Retail Solutions, CRM,
Call Centre Solutions, Mobile & Web Applications.
• The advantage Triangle brings is the vast experience of the team in various domains
like – IT Infrastructure, Retail, Security Solutions, Hospital Management, School
Management, Manufacturing and many others.
• Triangle has few key clients in Kenya in multiple industry verticals and with its
partners has been providing services to many large companies for various consulting
and implementation support.
2 Background
Getaway Services Ltd is planning to launch a E-Commerce “Market Place” platform for its
customer in different countries.
Getaway is looking for Technology partners to develop, customize, integrate with multiple
service providers and manage the platform.

3 Requirement Description:
Client is looking for “Market Place” E-Commerce platform having the regular features of online
market place with Supplier registration, product portfolio, integration to multiple payment
gateways.
Stakeholders
The platformwill have the following stakeholders:
Customers: Customers are the end users who can place an order and transact on the platform
for the products published from any of the suppliers.
Suppliers: Suppliers are the product owners who intend to sell their products and services on
the platform.
Service owner: Service owner is the platform owner, owning and managing the entire
platform: users, tasks, content and other key operations.
Technical Solution
To fulfill the client’s business requirements, we offer a customized software platform which will
be hosted on a cloud provider and with the required security certification to manage the data
security.

Section 4: Cost
4.1 One time Cost
Components Cost excluding VAT
Customization of application as per Getaway

requirements
Branding of website as per Getaway specifications.
Integration to Standard Payment Gateways – Visa,

Master & Mpesa.
Integration to I&M Bank, Kenya – Escrow Account.
Application logic for the split of amount between all

parties from Escrow.
Integration to SMS Gateway Services. US$ 24,500
Initial hosting and trial run of applications

4.2 Recurring Cost
Components Cost
Monthly Maintenance & Support of Application.
Includes:
1. Application support.
2. Monthly cloud hosting services of the application.
3. Technology support of the integrations and data
management.
4. Platform updates – bug fixing & standard software
upgrades. 2.5% of the transaction
cost
Note: A minimum billing of USD. 3000 will be on a monthly basis if the above monthly
charges is less than the minimum billing.
Please note:
1. All Escrow & Payment Gateway service provider charges will be upon Getaway
Services Ltd, it is not included in the above costs.
2. Any additional Integrations required will be at an additional cost.
3. SMS Credits for SMS Gateway (if required will be upon Getaway Services Ltd).
4. Any additional scope / requirement request from Getaway Services will be at an
additional cost based on the effort estimates by TTSL.
5. Standard Application Penetration test will be included in the above costs. Additional
Data security certifications like GDPR, ISO 27001, CE depending upon the country of
operation will be charged additional.

4.3 Payment Schedule
The payment schedule for one-time cost with milestones is as follows :
Milestones Amount
Payment to kick-off (Advance Payment) US$ 10,000

Trial Run Sign-off US$ 10,000
Production – Start US$ 4,500
Please note:
1. The kick-off amount is non-refundable.
2. One time cost and the Monthly maintenance to be paid to Triangle Technology
Solutions Ltd, Kenya.
3. All costs mentioned are exclusive of Taxes.
