Cancellation Policy
i. If the Seller fails or disagrees to sell the Property for any reason after the Booking Form is
acknowledged by the Seller:
- The Seller will issue a Notice of Cancellation in the prescribed format of Bproperty.
- The Buyer is entitled to receive full refund of the paid amount within 7 (Seven) working days of the
event from Bproperty or Seller whoever is in possession of the amount.
- The Seller will pay a Cancellation Fee of BDT 2,00,000 (Two Lac Taka Only) to Bproperty as
compensation within 7 (Seven) working days of the event.
- The Seller will bear all costs of cancellation wherever applicable.
ii. If the Buyer fails or disagrees to buy the Property for any reason, other than legal issues, after Booking
Form is signed by the Buyer:
- The Buyer will issue a Notice of Cancellation in the prescribed format of Bproperty. Page | 6
- The Buyer will pay BDT 2,00,000 (Two Lac Taka Only) to Bproperty as compensation within 7
(Seven) working days of the event.
- The Buyer is entitled to receive full refund of the paid amount, after adjustment of compensation,
within 7 (Seven) working days of the event from Bproperty or Seller whoever is in possession of
the amount.
- The Buyer will bear all costs of cancellation wherever applicable.
