I am writing to introduce my M.Phil study on “xxxxxxxxxx”. This research study is being carried
out at the Faculty xxxxxxxxxx University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Sindh, Pakistan.
This research involves completion of a questionnaire which includes questions related to the
factors of Job Satisfaction, Reward, Organizational commitment, Perceived Organizational
Support, Supervisor Support and motivation. The participants of this study include employees of
