A Dialogue between Two Friends on Importance of Physical


Exercise
Sujon: Hello, Jamiya! How are you?
Jamiya: I am not fine. What about you?
Sujon: I am fine. But what happened to you?
Jamiya: Nothing serious, but I feel very weak.
Sujon: It seems to me you are very careless about your health.
Maybe you do not take physical exercise regularly.
Jamiya: Yes, you are absolutely right. I am not habituated to
physical exercise.
Sujon: But you should know that physical exercise is very important
to keep us fit. Because a sound mind lives in a sound body.
Jamiya: Yes, you are right.
Sujon: If you do not exercise regularly, you cannot keep yourself fit
and do anything properly. Besides, you will become idle.
Jamiya: It seems to me you are absolutely correct. Now tell me
what I should do.
Sujon: You should exercise regularly. Apart from this, you should
have a balanced diet to keep yourself fit.
Jamiya: What do you mean by a balanced diet? Please tell me in
detail.
Sujon: A balanced diet means to take regular food containing all the
necessary ingredients needed for health in the right proportion.
Jamiya: I see, both taking physical exercise and eating a balanced
diet regularly are very important for good health.
Sujon: Exactly! I hope you will follow both of the rules to keep
yourself fit.
Jamiya: I highly appreciate your wise suggestions. Thank you.
Sujon: You are most welcome.
A Dialogue on Street Children
Sanjana: Hi Meera. How are you?
Meera: Hello Sanjana. Fine, thanks! How do you do?
Sanjana: Very well, thank you. Our life is better than many people
out there.
Meera: No, our life is hard. Why did you say that?
Sanjana: Yesterday I saw some street children. They lead their life
very hard.
Meera: Our life is hard and their life is harder.
Sanjana: Our life is easy compared to them. We have parents,
clothes, food and education. They don't even know what they mean
in our life. They are more than one million street children in India.
Meera: That's a huge number. What are the reasons for such an
outcome?
Sanjana: They are becoming laborers. Families who can't afford
food for their children are leaving them. Most street children don't
know who their parents are.
Meera: We have to help them by providing them shelter and food if
possible.
Sanjana: If we can't help them shelter, we have to take them to an
orphanage and support it.
Meera: I have to leave now. Bye Sanjana.
Sanjana: Bye. See you later.

Write a dialogue between you and your friend-Zabir on having


a balanced diet or malnutrition.

Myself: Hi! My dear friend, you are rarely seen nowadays. What’s
up?
Zabir: I am not getting on well physically. What’s about you?
Myself: I am keeping on well with the blessing of my creator. But
why do you remain feeble very often?
Zabir: I don’t know. I have been having rich foods, enjoying sound
sleep and following the rules of cleanliness. Only God knows how I
can get rid of this physique.
Myself: Oh! I see, you are very much in the habit of having rich or
junk foods, not the balanced diet.
Zabir: What do you mean? Doesn’t meat provide us with protein?
Myself: With a view to keeping in good health we must have a
balanced diet not only protein.
Zabir: Would you please explain the matter?
Myself: Of course. A balanced diet is such a kind of food that
contains all kinds’ food values or elements. It is ideal for our sound
body.
Zabir: Isn’t it costly and different to have a balanced diet regularly?
Myself: No, dear friend, having a balanced diet requires only
consciousness. A man who can enjoy having a balanced diet
regularly.
Zaabir: I am not really grateful to you. I didn’t know about the
balanced diet.
Myself: If you have a balanced diet regularly. It will provide your
body with as many as six ingredients of food. So, you can enjoy a
sound body.
Zabir: It is really nice to have been talking to you for a long time.
Thank you for your polite and constructive conversation.
Myself: Thank you and see you again with a sound body.
Zabir: All the best and bye.
