I. Overview

The HLD-800 control system and touch control system is digital, the

system uses the high performance chip.7 inch LCD touch screen etc ..

The high number of products. The appearance of unique, innovative

interface, simple operation, strong anti-interference ability . It is

now widely used in plastic bag making machine, cutting machine,

automatic

Non-woven bag machine. Automatic woven bag making machine,

circular loom, etc..

The system input 16 points (including 2 high speed port), the output

of 16, plus 4 analog output. Can control the main motor (three-phase

asynchronous motor) (feeding motor servo motor or the step motor),

a feeding motor (DC motor or three-phase asynchronous motor), the

realization of the three motor real synchronous operation. The

automatic acceleration, speed and feeding speed data at the same time

after conversion speed automatic distribution.

II. Home
Length A: display channel length setting A set bag length, unit: mm

(also can directly adjust the length when the button)

Length B: display channel length setting B set bag length, unit: mm

(also can directly adjust the length when the button)

COUNT/CLEAR: Accumulated to a number of end, a number of

automatic zero clearing; according to the number of this key to clear.

BATCH/CLEAR: When the count pluses “1”, this number adds "1";

press this key to clear the total number.

WHITE / DARK / LIGHT: Three state switching.

WHITE: The photoelectric ignore color photoelectric sensor signal;

DARK: When tracking printing products, it uses deep color as the

tracking point;

LIGHT: When tracking printing products, it uses light color as the

tracking point.
SEAR: When 'SEAR' button to select the "DARK" press this key,

servo motor (stepper) has been transferred to the dark colored

punctuation automatically stop running;

When 'SEAR' button to select the "LIGHT" press this key, servo motor

(stepper) has been transferred to the light colored punctuation

automatically stop running;

When 'SEAR' button to select the "WHITE", press this key is invalid.

HOST SPEED: control the speed of the host and the speed of the host

(the actual speed)

RESET: Restart the system when it can’t work normally, press this

key can also be used as emergency stop.

RUN: Press this key, the host will run normally.

STATUS: RUN / STOP / OVERSPEED / PAUSE / LOSEMARK, the

five states switching the display.

RUN: Press the start button, then it shows "RUN".

STOP: When the system is powered on, it displays "STOP".

OVERSPEED: When the host is so fast that servo (stepper) motor

feeding is not over, it shows "OVERSPEED".

PAUSE: When the choice of models is "pause", after stopping N

seconds of the end of a batch, the host restarts automatically.

LOSEMARK: In the production of printing products, when it doesn’t

track to color dot, displays "LOSEMARK".


STOP: Press this key, Hall switch GK1 detected high stop signal; the

host automatically shuts down.

III. SET
NOT STOP/PAUSE/STOP/AIR CUT/PRE BACK/MULTI

BAT/SYNC DRAG:

"NOT STOP": In the end of a batch host doesn’t stop, continue to

work normally.

"PAUSE": In the end of a batch, the host pauses, stops to pause time,

the host automatically restarts.

"STOP": In the end of a batch, the host automatically shuts down, and

it will not run, manually press the start button to be running.

"AIR CUT": after the end of a batch, step (servo) motor back to the

"empty cut back" the length of the main machine cutting knife cut off

the bag at the same time.

"PRE BACK": stepper motor (servo) in the feed back before the" pre

annealing length "sending material. Batch finish off bag.

"MULTI BAT": the first batch of several batches of bags, after the end
of a number of the last bag to go more than the length of the length of

the bag, multi batch off the bag after the end of the last batch of bags.

"SYNC DRAG": two channels, one of the first batch of the end of the

channel, waiting for the end of a number of other channels, and then

take off the bag.

FIRST CUT / FIRST FEED: " FIRST CUT": Press the start button,

the host first run, GK1 Hall switch detects the servo(stepper) feeding

signal, servo (stepping) begins feeding.

"FIRST FEED": Press the start button, servo(stepper) starts feeding,

after the feeding, the host runs.

SERVO FAST/SERVO SLOW/STEP FAST/SETP SLOW: Feeding

motor curve selection.

RECOVER: long press this key 3 seconds to restore the factory

settings (to determine the "save data" after the re-use).

PAUSE TIME: When the choice of models is ”pause”, in the end of a

batch, the set time of host stops.

JOG SPEED: in the stop state, the manual point into the servo (stepper

motor) running a constant speed, long by 3 seconds, the frequency

doubled.

LOSING NUMBER: Set N, when producing color products, tracking

N color punctuation, tracking failed, automatically stops.

COLOR SCOPE: When producing color products, the range of servo


motor (stepper) searches for colored punctuation at constant speed (i.e.

color photoelectricity tracks the point from “LENGTH-COLOR

SCOPE” to “LENGTH+COLOR SCOPE”.

ALARM NUMBER: The buzzer alarms N PCS in advance before a

batch is over.

STEPS CIRCLE: The number of pulses when the servo (stepper)

motor rotates a circle.

STOP DELAY: The highest position of host stops when the system is

stopped. The set value is bigger, host stops higher.

SEEKMARK SPEED: set "chasing deep" or "chasing light", the

constant speed of the target.

MAIN FACTOR: adjust the speed and the actual speed of the error

between the host, the greater the value, the faster the host speed (the

greater the speed).

ESD DEALY: the output and host signal synchronization, the host

shutdown, the static signal delay after this set value and then closed.

DRAG TIME: after the end of a number of time delay "off bag

delay" time off the bag signal output, the output of the time

parameters set.

DRAG LAG: the time of bag removal delay.

PULL DELAY: after a batch is finished, the output signal is delayed

and the delay time is adjusted by the parameter before the signal
output of the bag is removed.

PULL NEEDLE: after a batch is finished, before the signal output of

the bag removal, the needle pulling signal is delayed and the output

time is adjusted after the time of pulling needle delay.

IV. S MENU

V BLOW TIME: input from the input point vertical blowing input

control signal output, the timing of this parameter to set the

adjustment.

BLCOKING TIME: after receiving the blocking signal "blocking

time", the main engine high stop, display fault "blocking material"

H percentage A/B: the input point X01 feed signal control

parameters to adjust.
FEEDING DELAY: delay this parameter stepper (servo) motor
began to pull material.
HOST FRE: stop state, X04 (point) to receive the signal, Y07 host
signal output, knife running up and down, the speed is adjusted
by the parameters.
TWO FRE: the main engine runs by stop key, the main engine
switches to two speed stop, and the two segment speed is adjusted
by this parameter.
MULTI PORT: press this button to enter the multi-function
settings interface.

V. Channel A

COUNT A: a number of set the number of 5 in advance alarm.

ROLLER GIRTH A: servo (stepping) motor drive rubber roller lap


length.

PRE BACK A: models for PRE BACK, servo stepper motor has

returned sending material (material will stick a knife or a base).

FEEDING SPEED A: servo (stepper motor) plus deceleration time,

set the greater the servo (step) motor start faster.

TOP FREQUENCY A: servo (step) the highest speed of the motor,

set the greater the servo (stepper motor) the faster the speed.

CUT BACK A: models for STOP, when the servo (stepper motor)

the length of the empty cut material.

MULTI DRAG A: models for MULTI BAT, N after the end of the

batch, the last batch of off bag.

BACK LENGTH A: first cut the evacuation, servo (stepping) motor

has the length of back.

MORE LENGTH A: models for MULTI BAT, each batch of the end

of the last bag servo (step) motor to walk the length of the.

PUNCH DELAY A: servo (step motor feeding) after the end of the

valve to the valve before the work of the delay between.

PUNCH TIME A: servo (stepper motor feed) end, the timing of the

work of drilling solenoid valve.

VI. Channel B

This interface is the parameter setting interface of the channel B. The

parameters are the same as the channel A.


VII. PUT

PUT VEL A: Control the A putting material motor velocity.

PUT VEL B: Control the B putting material motor velocity.

MANUAL DIS: The speed of threading material when back

discharging motor is in stop status.

DISCHARGE FIX: operation of the host, receives the acceleration or

deceleration sensor signal, released after the feeding motor speed with

speed reducer, set the acceleration and deceleration changes more, set

more damning speed changing more.

DEC LIMITE: when the host is running, the acceleration and


deceleration speed of the discharge motor speed is reduced after
receiving the acceleration or deceleration sensor signal, and the
larger the setting is, the greater the deceleration change is, the
smaller the setting is, and the smaller the deceleration change is.
LOW SPEED: when running, after the deceleration of the
discharge speed is reduced to the set value, it will not continue to
decrease.

A. Position of beginning to tow material

At this time, the cutting knife is running up. As soon as it leaving bottom

knife, the stepped motor will deliver out the raw material

smoothly.(picture1)

B. High stopping position


At this time, the cutting knife is running up.AS soon as it reaching the

highest position, to stop machine can protect products against the

damage from heated cutting knife.(picture2)

C. Material-towing extreme position

At this time, the cutting knife is running down. As soon as it reaching

bottom knife, the stepped motor shouldn’t continue to deliver material,

or the material will stop up the knife or be cut off.(picture3)

D. Whole machine cast-off position

At this time, the cutting knife is running down.AS soon as it reaching

lowest position pin, and push out three whole product.(picture4)

Sensor Hall switch magnetic steel has forward-reversal direction.
