1. How would you describe your self?


I am a person can talk freely but sometimes I only talk if you speak to me first. Not because I don’t like
you but because I’m a bit of an introvert on the contrary. I also describe myself as a generous person
because I am willing to help in any way I can . Sometimes I can be and idle one but don’t get me wrong
because when I like to pursue something ,I have that eagerness and determination to get it. I am not a
confident person ,I am sensitive person in different situation, sometimes I can be stubborn , I’m a
friendly loner, lastly, I am lovable to my family and to those people who are very special to me.

2. What are the influences of family in your development as an individual?


They influence me to work hard in achieving goals in life, giving me some good advises that will help
me to move forward towards my future and they gave me some important lesson as an ordinary
individual.

3. Think of a time when you felt you were your “true self” What made you think you were truly who

The time I felt when I am true to myself is when I am with my best friend because she is the only

person who can understand me for what and who I am. I also share to her all my ups and downs

happened in my life and I can really feel that she really understands me. I cant truly express myself to
my family because I can’t open up how I really feel about the different situations in my life and for me

they can never really understand the things I really am. But with my best friend, I can feel that I am
very true to myself because I can share who I really am.

4.Following the question above, can you provide a time when you felt you were not living your true
self? Why did you have to live a life like that? What did you do about it.

The time I felt when I am not true to myself is when there is someone who wanted me to do things
that I don’t like. Just like they need me to pursue their dreams in order for them to be happy. I have to

live like that because I have no choice, it is too much pressure to me but I need to do it because I don't

want to disappoint them and I don't want them to be sad.

5.What social pressures help shape your self? Would you have wanted it otherwise?
The social pressure helps to shape myself is when everyone is against me. I really feel alone , sad and

disappointed to myself. I experience anxieties also depression but experiencing this has a lot of help to

myself, I learn to rise myself up in every bad situation that comes to my life, I learn a lot of good things
in life, and by build up again for who really I am. No I don’t want it anymore

6. What aspects of your self do you think may be changed or you would like to change?

The aspect aspects that i think may be change or I would like to change is being sensitive and doesn’t
have a self confidence because having this kind of aspect can not help myself achieving my goals in
