A. Importance of Flow in Division of Labor

The importance of this is we will work efficiently by the assigned tasks, and it increases the productivity of the workers. Because of the repeated
performance, the workers become highly skilled and acquires perfection in his skill because I always believed that “Practice makes perfect.” Under
division of labour, et reduces work and effort, this also saves time.

B. The difference between a small and large hotel housekeeping organization.

It is common sense, and we can differ it quickly because it is understood they have a big difference. Of course, a bigger establishment, a bigger and
more staff is needed, and if we own a smaller establishment, it requires fewer level of management and leadership. They have difference in
organizational structure but the common thing between the two is to give customers and guest a satisfaction in their stay in your hotel accommodation
and that’s the most important thing.
