    the late Ernesto M. Pantua, Sr.

    That pursuant to the provisions of Section 1, Rule 74, of the Rules of


    Court, the herein heirs-parties hereby agree to divide and adjudicate, as they
    do hereby divide and adjudicate, the above-described properties among
    themselves in the following manner:
