PROJECT RULES FOR STUDENTS FIRST FOUR YEARS OF B.A. LL.B (FYIC)
(2021-22)

1. PROJECTS IN 2020 ARE SCHEDULED IN TWO PHASES: FIRST: COVERING


THREE SUBJECTS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE MID SEMESTER EXAMS
(SCHEDULE TO BE UPLOADED IN THE FIRST WEEK OF NOVEMBER) AND
SECOND: COVERING THE REST OF THE SUBJECTS BEFORE END SEMESTERS,
THE DATES FOR WHICH SHALL BE NOTIFIED LATER.

2. UNDER THIS SCHEME OF PROJECTS, THE STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO


SUBMIT INDIVIDUAL TYPED ROUGH DRAFT (CHAPTERISATION PLAN/
SYNOPSIS) OF THREE TO FOUR PAGES AND TYPED FINAL DRAFT ON THE
DATED NOTIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE.

3. THE PROJECT TOPIC WOULD BE ALLOTED TO A GROUP OF FIVE STUDENTS


AS NOTIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE AND EACH STUDENT WOULD BE MARKED
INDIVIDUALLY IN THE WRITTEN SUBMISSION AND VIVA-VOCE.

4. EACH INDIVIDUAL PROJECT SHOULD CONSIST OF 18-20 PAGES.

5. THE STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO GET THE CHAPTERISATION PLAN


APPROVED FROM THE CONCERNED TEACHER BEFORE SUBMITTING THE FINAL
DRAFT WITHIN THE STIPULATED TIME AND ARE REQUIRED TO ATTACH THE
ROUGH DRAFT ALONG WITH THE FINAL DRAFT.

6. THE STUDENTS ARE STRICTLY REQUIRED TO ADHERE TO RLR MODE OF


CITATION. THE RLR MODE OF CITATION IS AVAILABLE ON

7. ON THE DAY OF VIVA-VOCE, THE STUDENT IS REQUIRED TO MAKE A POWER


POINT PRESENTATION AND SHOULD BE PROPERLY DRESSED IN UNIFORM FOR
THE SAME.

8. PLAGIARISM, IF DETECTED, IN PROJECTS SUBMITTED BY THE STUDENTS


SHALL BE VIEWED SERIOUSLY BY THE UNIVERSITY AND WOULD LEAD TO
DISQUALIFICATION IN THE PROJECT CONCERNED.

9. STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO STRICTLY ADHERE TO THE TIMINGS OF VIVA-


VOCE AS PER SCHEDULE.

10. NO PREPONEMENT OR POSTPONEMENT SHALL BE ENTERTAINED UNDER


ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 11. FOR ANY QUERIES RELATED TO THE PROJECT
TOPICS OR THE SUBJECTS FOR WHICH PROJECTS HAVE NOT BEEN UPLOADED,
THE STUDENTS ARE ADVISED TO CONSULT THEIR CONCERNED SUBJECT
TEACHERS.

12. THE STUDENTS ARE STRICTLY ADVISED TO ADHERE TO THE PROJECT


SCHEDULE.
13. THE DATE OF ROUGH DRAFT SUBMISSION SHALL BE NOTIFIED BY THE
CONCERNED SUBJECT TEACHER
