    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, BENEDICT JOSEPH M. CRUZ, single, of legal age, Filipino and a permanent resident of Ilang-
    Ilang Street, De Joya Compound, Alangilan, Batangas City, Batangas, do hereby name, constitute,
    and appoint, JOCELYN M. CRUZ, married, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of at Ilang-Ilang
    Street, De Joya Compound, Alangilan, Batangas City, Batangas, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-
    Fact, and in my name, place and stead, to act, do and perform any and all of the following acts, namely:

    1. To appear before the office of the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) on my behalf and
    as my representative;
    2. To claim and receive my PRC License card and/or identification card; and
    3. To make, sign and execute any and all documents necessary in pursuance of the authority thus
    given;

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to do and
    perform any and every act whatsoever required and necessary to be done as I might or could do if I am
    personally present and acting in person, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said
    Attorney-in-Fact may also do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereunto sign our names, this 23 rd day of January, 2021 at Batangas
    City, Batangas.
