    Acknowledgement

    The success and final outcome of my work immersion required a


    lot of guidance and assistance from many people and I was extremely
    fortunate to have them all along the completion of my work immersion.
    What I have done was only due to their guidance and assistance and I will
    never forget to thank them.
    Allow me to thank the people first behind the success of making
    my OJT a possible one. First and foremost to our Almighty Father, for
    giving me strength every day, for the guidance and good health, for the
    graces and blessings that help me perform my task as part of my OJT.

    To my family, my deepest gratitude and appreciation for being


    with me all through out the way from the very beginning and for showing
    her unconditional love and unending support financially, emotionally and
    spiritually.

    To our Work Immersion coordinator, Mrs. Sotera F. Diaz and to


    our Cookery instructress, Ms. Paulina T. Gamotin, for believing that we
    could achieve a successful training and for not giving up on us inspite of
    our excuses and worries. And most especially for helping me to hone my
    knowledge as I continue to strive my ambitions in life.

    To my co-trainees, eventhough I can’t mention you all here, you all


    deserved to be thanked for helping me and for making our OJT period
    crazily fun by cracking old jokes and making weird faces.

    To the Dane’s Bakeshop and Ocean Grill Restaurant families,


    especially Mrs. Nida Lee and Ms. Lorelie Lagas thank you for your warm
    welcome and for giving me this one of a kind experience in having me as
    a trainee in your respective establishments. For the great opportunity that
    you have given to us to be with your team and for giving us more
    knowledge in this fast and furious world of food industry.

    To the people whom I failed to mention but in one way or another helped
    me and supported me in the completion of my on-the-job training and had
    given me a chance to explore the real world of Food Industry thank you
    very much and may God bless all of you. Success is not the key to
    happiness. Happiness itself is the key. If you love what you are doing,
    you will be successful. Be a game changer now!
