Additional Terms
1.Lifting and tailing lugs to be confirmed by client.
2.1. On 1st January 2018, 5% VAT will be applicable as per Saudi law hence from then onwards, 5% VAT will be
added to the aforementioned pricing.

Third Party Terms


1. Timesheets to be signed by the Hirer's representative on a daily basis. Time sheet will start once our equipment
reaches the site.
2. Quotation/hire agreement to be Signed and stamped by the Hirer prior to mobilization.
3. Official signed and stamped PO by the Hirer on company letterhead with the agreed terms to be provided prior to
mobilization.
4. Standard PPE for our personnel will be provided, any special PPE specific to the site to be provided by the Hirer.
5. Ground conditions and site access to be prepared and cleared.
6. Al Faris standard operating terms and conditions will be applicable at all times. (Attached for reference).
7. All necessary permissions/passes to be arranged by the Hirer.
8. Equipment will be charged for the minimum hire period as confirmed prior to mobilization.

9. Daily Rates - Quoted Daily rate is based on minimum charge 10 hours per shift. Additional hours worked over
10hrs will be charged on pro rata basis.
10. Equipment is subject to availability at the time of order.

17. INSURANCE:
a) The Company will carry insurance to cover its potential liability under the contract having regard to
the maximum amounts referred to in clause (15b).
b) The Company may, at its discretion, exclude the contract from cover under its existing policies and
require a specific Insurance policy to cover the contract to be provided by and at the expense of the
client. This specific insurance policy shall provide the company with protection no less extensive than
would have been the case if this clause (17b) had not been invoked.
