    I have prepared it during my Summer Internship from 10th June 2010 and the Project was

    completed on 25 July 2010 .This report is correct to best of my knowledge and so far has not

    PREFACE

    This Project has been prepared during my summer internship in Religare Securities Ltd,,a share

    broking house. As the topic is Indian Stock market, I found this project very interesting and

    educative. By working on these project ,my knowledge increases with ongoing stock market

    activities and got a practical aspect of trading in stock market.

    With the growing popularity of stock markets, most of the people are involving in the share

    trading, before entering in to the market one should know the correct scene of stock market ,one

    should have an overview of how these market operate etc.

    Keeping these things in mind, It is the matter of great privilege and satisfaction for me to place

    this report before the readers. The report is prepared in very simple language using very

    systematic research methodology. And i hope this will give light upon the Subject.

    I have tried my best to make an objective appraisal of all available data and draw conclusion on

    that basis. This report is dedicated to all those people who invest in stock market and understand

    the importance of stock market in the country.
