ourselves and perhaps a family of our own.

2. Explain the importance of choosing the right job.

Answer: It is important to have the right job. If you are not satisfied and happy in
your job, you will not do your best and probably you were not succeeded. If you are
happy in your job, work will be fun; you will be inspired to do your best and work will
be easier. Your home life will also be pleasant since your satisfaction or
dissatisfaction with your job has an influence on family relations.

college freshman are not sure if they are preparing for the right job. Therefore,
guidance in choosing the right vocation is necessary. A person’s motives need to be
examined critically and carefully. What is his goal in life? Does he want to serve
people? Does he want to uplift mankind? Does he want to get rich? What outcomes
or rewards from his work does he consider important? Administration? Praise?
Wealth? Good fellowship? Success?

success and satisfaction.

young worker, because they are better in job that make use of judgment and other
mental faculties. Their experience also gives them an advantage over younger
people. Hiring retired people is a service to humanity as they are happier and
healthier if they continue working. In fact, retired people who continue to work even
on a part- time basis, live longer.
Another service to humanity is the hiring of the handicapped, because they are often
overlooked as a potential employee. Place in the right jobs, they may equal or even
excel the average worker. The handicapped have lower rates of accidents because
they are more careful. They absent themselves less because they are afraid to be
laid off.

6. Explain the conditions that contribute to effective performance

Answer: The following are the conditions that contribute to effective performance
between the employer and the employee.
 Select the right worker for the job.
 Schedule rest periods or coffee breaks
 Allow social contacts
 Plan after work activities
 Show the importance of the job
 Build pride in the company
 Build identity with the enterprise system
-Better human relations in the job will be fostered if there is a 2- way
communication between the employer and the employee. Communication
should not be in one direction only- from the boss to the worker- but also from
the worker to the boss. There will be no misunderstandings and it is more
democratic
